Announcing the engagement of, Vincent Ricigliano Jr. to Rachel Joy Cox. Juliana Ricigliano is the daughter of Vincent. A Sept 2010 wedding planned. Vincent is a Reconditioning/Accessories Manager. Rachel works part-time and is finishing nursing school. The couple is excited to celebrate their love with family and friends.
