Sally&Bruce Bell announce the engagement of their daughter Meredith Bell to Eugene Wong son of Kim&Chak Wong. Meredith is a Customer Care Coach at The Hartford and Eugene is Director of Business Development for HDE. An October 2nd wedding is planned.
