The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education. She is a high school English teacher in the Conestoga Valley School District and is pursuing a master's degree in American Studies at Pennsylvania State University.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Emmaus High School and a 2008 graduate of Temple University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in English. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Education at Millersville University.
The couple will exchange vows on July 2, 2011
