Description: Lisa Oswald has been designing and creating jewelry from the time she was a little girl. Her first works were oven-fired bead necklaces made of clay, which she dug from a stream bed near her home. She fashioned shaped beads, baked them in her mom's kitchen, and sold her novel creations to her aunts. She was just eight years old. While working toward her BFA at Kutztown University, Lisa met Kermit Oswald. She began her jewelry enterprise in 1983 with her twin sisters. Together they named the company Sorrelli, which is adapted from the italian word for sisters, "sorrelle". Sorrelli jewelry is hand crafted from genuine semi-precious stones and high quality Austrian crystals. It is designed to become heirlooms, handed down through the generations. The Sorrelli vision, to create beautiful jewelry and bring enjoyment to those who wear it, continues today. www.sorrelli.com

Description: www.susanbellajewelry.com Susan Bella Jewelry, LLC is the second generation of Lehigh Jewelers. Susan grew up in the business and had the best teacher… her mother, Carol. After 23 years in jewelry, Carol retired at the end of 2008; Susan remodeled the store and altered the name. Both mother and daughter felt it was time for change. One aspect that will never change, the most valuable thing Susan learned from her mother, is the importance of customer service and quality. My ethical standards are to provide unique, quality goods in a comfortable atmosphere, while treating all people honestly, fairly, with respect and a smile. Since the age of ten, I've learned many facets of the jewelry industry to properly understand what it takes to operate a store I can be proud of. It is so important for me to be knowledgeable about all the parts of jewelry: how to design it, create it, repair it, give advice to sell it, maintain it, etc. I am not in this business just to sell jewelry, but to provide a service that will make consumers happy. I don't want my customers to buy jewelry unless they can wear it and truly enjoy it – you should love every piece of jewelry you own. I believe that wearing jewelry should evoke an emotion, which is one of the reasons why I encourage people to look at more unique pieces. If everyone walks around wearing the same items, you lose some of that feeling. Your jewelry can be a reflection of who you are and an expression of how you are feeling that day. I also believe that buying jewelry should never be a stuffy experience… it should always be fun! I strive to make the store your happy place where you will always leave with a smile. At Susan Bella, we build relationships with our customers and we are always happy to see you… we love and appreciate our customers and we love what we do!
